Ok now I realize this covers my home hard line phone and 3 wireless phones but really, there are charges in here that I have no idea about (equipment) and data usage that I suspect is a scam (it shows up as Premium text messaging - used 1)

Call and argue when you are forced to wait on the phone to connect to someone who doesn't understand nor care? They count on me not calling!

I can say my social mood is growing worse every day and a 14 page phone bill with 30-40 line items is enough to go postal.

And we don't have any extra "bells and whistles". Just straight-up phone service pretty much. Cell phones we feel we need for emergencies. And its gotten to the point where I don't think I can afford the luxury of having 3 wireless phones for emergencies. We looked high and low for options and I balked at getting this package but really, what choice do you have? They are pretty much all the freakin same.

My cable bill is just as bloated with surcharges, taxes and "plans" that make me want to vomit.
